O-RAN ALLIANCE 6G and ISAC workshop

The O-RAN ALLIANCE is hosting a one-day workshop on June 4, 2026, in Seattle (and online) focused on next-generation network research and Integrated Sensing & Communications (ISAC), bringing together industry and research leaders to explore the path from 5G toward 6G-native capabilities.

DeepSig will present on accelerating AI-RAN and ISAC development in OpenRAN systems, using OCUDU as an open-source platform. The talk will cover DeepSig’s work building out AI-RAN capabilities and advancing ISAC as a key next-generation feature, with a focus on how OpenRAN provides a foundation for rapid pre-standardization progress across 5G, 6G, and ISAC. Key topics will include ISAC data collection, prototyping, interface development, and the practical paths toward standardization and broader ecosystem adoption — all in collaboration with the OCUDU project and its partners.
