OpenAirInterface Path to AI-Driven 6G Workshop

OpenAirInterface will hold its summer workshop on May 21–22, 2025, at Ericsson’s headquarters in Kista, Sweden. DeepSig CTO Tim O’Shea will speak on May 21, 13:00 on “Prototyping 6G AI-Native Communications and Sensing Capabilities on Open Source and SDR Platforms.”
This event will bring together OAI experts, developers, researchers, and the wider community to discuss the role of OAI in enabling 6G and AI-driven networks. As interest in AI-native 6G grows, the workshop aims to gather insights and define the technical requirements for future development. Hosted by Ericsson, the workshop will serve as a key forum for collaboration and roadmap shaping.
