Type: Full-Time (W2) On-Site, Arlington, VA

We are seeking a full-time Machine Learning Ops (MLOps) Engineer who will help propel machine learning development.  This person will be responsible for managing our ML pipeline which performs automated hyperparameter search and testing.  Our pipeline must track performance, have repeatable results and provide a queryable interface.  Additional responsibilities include maintaining our python components of the pipeline. 

What You'll be Doing:

  • Take responsibility for our machine learning pipeline
  • Assist in search and management of machine learning models using hyperamenters search tools such as optuna
  • Maintain python software projects with releases and CI 
  • Help create and develop our docker images for the ML pipeline
  • Automate testing of our ML product: unit tests, accuracy, latency
  • Develop reporting tools to provide insight on ML pipeline: bots, graphs
  • Create a registry for our ML models
  • Assist in generating 5g training data 

What we need to see:

  • S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (must have)
  • Familiarity with PyTorch machine learning framework or similar
  • Familiarity with deep learning hyperparameters
  • Ability to work in various linux environments: local, remote, container, virtual machine
  • Ability to read and write python
  • Knowledge of C++ is a plus
  • Familiar with software engineering workflows (git, testing, CI)
  • Strong communication and teaming skills to work collaboratively and productively in a small company environment
  • Interest in 5g and software defined radio is a plus
