DeepSig is heavily engaged with the global OpenRAN community to partner and deploy our unique ML machine learning driven enhancements to the 5G-NR protocol stack. Tim O’Shea, DeepSig CTO, will be speaking at the 2020 NVIDIA GPU Technology Conference presenting some of DeepSig’s latest work on software for the 5G edge. (In session A21342 – Leveraging Deep Learning on the Edge to Enhance 5G Radio Access Network L1 Performance)

Our ML enhanced software technologies improve radio performance and density while reducing costs for operators deploying and operating 5G Open Radio Access Networks. We’re excited to share our progress on end-to-end, over-the-air, commercial 5G OpenRAN testing and talk about how OpenRAN provides an exciting new opportunity for innovation in AI & software algorithms. We present some of our latest results showing how this approach can enhance OpenRAN systems making them faster, lower cost, more scalable, and more performant by focusing on Layer 1 processing enhancements. We’ll also briefly discuss how these underlying core innovations also shape Beyond 5G RAN architectures including 6G and will continue to evolve as the 3GPP Evolution continues.

Check out our talk this year at NVIDIA’s Online GTC Program, as we’re excited to be a part of the 5G/IoT/Edge Computing track this year!
